What shipping options are available?
Currently, we ship via the below:
USPS PRIORITY - 2 to 3 Business Days
USPS Express - 1 to 2 Business Days
USPS International - 10 to 15 Business Days
Please note, orders can take 1 to 2 business days to process before they are shipped.
Please note, as stated in the product descriptions, all personalized pieces take between 3-4 weeks to customize. Expedited shipping is only applied to the shipping timeline and will not expedite the production of personalized pieces.
Will I pay duties on international orders?
In some areas duty taxes may be required. The buyer is required to pay for own duty taxes.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order has been shipped and the tracking details state that your package has been delivered to the address provided on the order, please note, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the courier directly to obtain further information regarding your package and/or to initiate a claim.

What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed & are subject to our review of the returned product. Follow up your return
If damaged, all pieces have a 2 month warranty and can be subject to exchange or replacement after the 7 days at the discretion of the company.
Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns.
Promo codes cannot be added after checking out and/or completing your purchase.
